2. Discovery Call

After your form is complete and I’ve had a chance to review we’ll set up a 30 minute call to determine if this is the best fit for you at this time.

3. Book Your Audit

Once we’re ready to move forward with the eCommerce Audit we will schedule out the kick-off of your audit and confirm what access I will need to complete it.

The next step is a deep dive into each touchpoint of your customer’s journey like how they get to your website, what they see when they get there, and what happens after they leave. If you are able to implement the action plan yourself and just need coaching and accountability, I also offer ongoing coaching packages to support you on your journey.
