Great question! The truth is, it depends. (I know, everyone’s favorite answer!)
I don’t want you to spend all of your time in the Lounge; you should be spending more time implementing than learning. That being said, members who dedicate 5-10 hours (including implementation) per week see the most success.
And remember… the Lounge is a resource. There will be seasons in your business where you spend MORE time and other seasons where you spend LESS… it just depends on your goals at the moment. The good news, the tools inside the Lounge will help you figure out when those are.
I know, you’re so tired of trying to keep up with all the latest + greatest marketing strategies… you don’t the Lounge to make you feel like there’s more you just HAVE to do.

Great question, complicated answer. While I can’t make any guarantees about what you will achieve in this membership because everybody’s business and work ethic is different, Jessica & her team have helped numerous eCommerce businesses increase their sales.
With such a low investment though, in most cases all it will take to make your money back is 1-2 additional sales per month. If you put in the work, there’s no reason why this membership won’t work for you.
Yes you can, and I encourage it – especially for our 6 & 7-figure business owners. As long as they are W2 employees you only need one membership that can be shared among your company. Your membership and billing will be tied to the email you use to sign up, so we do recommend you use the owner’s email or someone else on the management team – not an employee email.
We do ask that any contractors have their own membership and login to ensure your business is properly represented.
Yes, you can cancel at anytime. When you cancel you will continue to have access to the membership until the end of your current billing period.
That said, as the program evolves I may institute a minimum commitment because progress doesn’t happen in a month.
Due to the digital nature of the Lounge and the immediate access to the content, we do not offer a refund policy.

Fair question! Typically, low price means low quality, right? I was very intentional about the price because I wanted to serve as many eCommerce business owners as possible. I wanted it to be a “no brainer”
I wanted it to be enough that you stay committed and do the work, but not sooo much that if you didn’t show up as strongly for a month because things were getting crazy in your biz or your life you didn’t feel like you were wasting money and started beating yourself up about it. Shit happens and things get stressful. I didn’t want the Lounge to be like that gym membership you never get around to using!
That said, I’m in the process of making some course updates + once that’s complete the price will be going up.
